   • Absolute :60 second limit. Any content exceeding :60 second limit will not be included.
   • Music is your choice, use it or don't.
   • No graphics or text allowed.
   • Submission deadline is Wednesday, November 30 at 11:59PM PST.
   • Any submissions made available online via YouTube or Vimeo before being officially uploaded by the WRS will be automatically disqualified and removed from the contest.

Delivery instructions:
   1:  Use an online file delivery service such as Sendspace, Dropbox or YouSendIt for file delivery.
   2:  Email the file download link to and include the following info in the email:
       1. Name of Competitor
       2. Filmer(s)
       3. Editor
       4. Sponsors
